'있지(ITZY)' 멤버 예지, 리아, 류진, 채령, 유나는 손바닥을 한데 모아 하나의 케이크를 만들고 손가락으로 타오르는 촛불을 표현하는 등 짧은 영상 속 강력한 주목도의 안무를 보여줬다. 또 케이크를 찍어 먹는듯한 포즈와 가사 'ITZY ITZY like that!'이 있지표 쿨 에너지와 퍼포먼스 명성에 대한 기대감을 키웠다.
타이틀곡 '케이크(CAKE)'는 '아이씨(ICY)', '낫 샤이(Not Shy)', '스니커즈(SNEAKERS)' 등을 통해 매해 여름을 장식한 서머퀸 '있지(ITZY)'와 히트곡 메이커 '블랙아이드필승'이 처음으로 합작한 곡으로 올여름 신선한 시너지를 전한다.
'있지(ITZY)'는 2023년 첫 컴백작 '킬 마이 다웃(KILL MY DOUBT)'을 위해 다채로운 프로모션을 마련했다. 지난 3일 '벳 온 미(BET ON ME)' 뮤비, 24일과 25일에는 '논 오브 마이 비즈니스(None of My Business)' 뮤비와 퍼포먼스 비디오를 차례로 선보였다. 이어 25일 오후 '벳 온 미(BET ON ME)'와 '논 오브 마이 비즈니스(None of My Business)'의 뮤비 리액션 영상을 게재해 컴백 설렘을 나눴다. 7월 27일부터 다음 달 9일까지는 서울 영등포구 더현대 서울에서 팝업 스토어를 진행하고 신보 발매 당일에는 서울 올림픽공원 SK올림픽핸드볼경기장에서 온·오프라인 쇼케이스를 개최해 국내외 팬들과 컴백을 기념한다.
