1일 첫 방송된 KBS 2TV 수목드라마 ‘하라는 취업은 안하고 출사표’(극본 문현경/연출 황승기, 최연수) 1~2회에서 ‘불나방’ 같은 취준생 구세라(나나 분)가 출사표를 던졌다. 노머니, 저스펙, 흙수저지만 그래도 할 말은 꼭 하는 구세라가 가슴이 뻥 뚫리는 사이다를 선사했다.
구세라는 사기 당한 어머니의 빚을 갚기 위해 아끼던 스쿠터를 팔려고 길을 나섰다. 하지만 의문의 차 운전자가 담배꽁초를 튕겨 세라의 스쿠터에 ‘담배빵’을 남기자 분노한 구세라는 차를 끝까지 추적했다.
구청 앞에 불법 주차된 차에는 ‘마원구의회’라는 스티커가 붙어있었고, 이를 확인한 구세라는 경찰에 신고하고 구청에 전화를 걸었다.
마침 민원실로 좌천된 엘리트 5급 사무관 서공명(박성훈 분)이 ‘불나방’이 올린 민원처리로 지쳐있던 찰나, 구청에 걸려온 전화가 ‘불나방’의 전화번호임을 알고 구세라의 위치를 물은 뒤 직접 찾아갔다.
구세라는 차량을 살피는 서공명을 담배꽁초를 투기한 차주로 오해해 팔을 꺾었다. 공명은 자신의 신분을 밝혔고, 세라는 “어떤 공무원이 민원인한테 직접 오냐”며 머쓱해했다.
차량 주인은 국회의원으로 불법 주차를 한 뒤 불법 도박을 하고 있었고, 현장에서 구세라는 도망가려는 차주를 뒤쫓아 잡아 용감한 구민상까지 받게 됐다.
이후 구세라는 회사 동료들과 회식을 하게 됐다. 그 자리에서 상사는 “구세라 씨의 수상 축하 겸 송별회다. 전임자가 복직하겠다고 한다”며 해고를 통보했다.
결국 구세라는 구청 민원실 사무보조 알바를 지원하게 됐고, 서공명은 면접 보러 온 세라를 알아보고 바로 합격시켰다. 이후 공명은 자신이 시킨 시안을 가져온 세라에게 “다시 해오라”며 민원을 올릴 틈을 주지 않았다. 세라 또한 지지 않고 계속해서 민원을 넣으며 공명에 맞섰다.
한편, <하라는 취업은 안하고 출사표>는 취업 대신 출마를 선택한 취준생 구세라와 좌천당한 엘리트 사무관 서공명이 불량 정치인들을 응징하는 오피스 로맨스 코미디 드라마다.
